HRD Corp CERTIFIED AND ACCREDITED TRAINER<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The Malaysian Human Resources Development Corporation (HRD Corp) drives Malaysia\u2019s talent development by collecting levies from employers and funding workforce training programs.<\/p>\n

Its mission has expanded to include employment placements, career coaching, and income-generating opportunities.<\/p>\n

Governed by the Malaysian the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) Act 2001 under Malaysia’s Ministry of Human Resources, HRD Corp aims to future-proof Malaysia\u2019s economic transformation by investing in its people, supporting the nation\u2019s goal of becoming a high-income, developed economy.<\/p>\n

Employers in Malaysia (Malaysian citizens only) are required to contribute to HRD Corp. The contribution is based on a percentage of the monthly salary of eligible employees.<\/p>\n

Generally, all Malaysian employees contributing to the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) are eligible for training programs.<\/p>\n

HRDF supports a wide range of training programs, including skills development, certification programs, and courses that enhance employees’ capabilities.<\/p>\n

Trainer refers to a Professional Trainer certified or accredited by the Malaysian Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp).<\/p>\n

Trainers who successfully completed the 5 days HRD Train-The-Trainer (TTT) certification course and certified by lead trainers are recognised as TTT Certified Trainers.<\/p>\n

TTT Certified go through accreditation by assessment process \u2013 evaluated and certified by HRD Corp appointed panels as competent and recognised as HRD Corp Accredited, are recognised as HRD Corp Accredited Trainers.<\/p>\n
